Bylaws language

Consensed to remove the "Friends" language from the bylaws

Llamas gathering

Explore having "Grace" welcoming faerie position and Ice Queen to maintain the Ice for food preservation.

Land Purchase

  • $110,000 is the current assessment of Kawashaway land
  • Fiscal agency options are open
  • Fundraising ideas are being explored
  • We need to know what other expenses could arise/ What resources do we have?
  • To appraise the new land it will cost $500. Stewards consensed the expense if it is needed.
  • We need to find out if there is a lean against the new land.
  • Realty lawyer may work pro-bono
  • What timeline are we on? What will the next 10 years bring.
  • Rummage sale is the beginning of the fundrasing. It will go to general fund with the intention to use it for land purchase.
  • Lynn will be contacted to see where things stand.
  • It is encouragd that people start putting money aside every month as a test run.
  • Phoenix suggested having donor levels
  • It is challenging to not know the current price of the new land. $42,000 is the only figure we have heard. Very rough estimates of total expenses range from $73.5K - $91.5K for new land parcel + minimum structures on both properties.
